Description by Saraiva + Associados Luxurious and enthusiasm are the proper phrases to explain this home in Nova Lima, 22 km (thirteen.7 mi) from Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The venture was developed by S+A Brazil, underneath the management of Architect Marcelo Montoro, and in partnership with Piantina Structure, liable for the inside design challenge. The home is split in 4 distinct blocks, interconnected via a particular metal materials, coated with reflective glass. Within the center lays a big backyard and a pool. Block 1 is split in eight suites, a studio and a restroom; on Block 2, the social space consists of a house cinema room and a heated swimming pool. Block three consists by a kitchen, a spa and a enjoying space. Block four is reserved for house staff together with an unbiased residence. Outdoors there’s a swimming pool, a tennis courtroom and a playground.
